Job Description

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Lead the product strategy for various platform security products to set us up for success in reaching over $20 billion in revenue.
  • Communicate product priorities effectively and build agreement among team members.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities as a committed owner who is focused on the outcome, regardless of role or organizational boundaries.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to steer projects through development and bring high-quality products to fruition.
  • Incorporate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve user satisfaction.
  • Translate complex problems into easily understandable requirements and provide solutions.
  • Create and deliver communications in various modes that clearly convey the needs of different audiences.
Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • Over 5 years of experience in software product management, with at least 2 years specifically focusing on data privacy or related areas like compliance, security, or risk management.
  • A solid grasp of data privacy regulations and frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA, and their impacts on product development.
  • Desirable working knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong prioritization abilities and the discipline to concentrate on high-impact activities.
  • Experience in collecting and translating product requirements into a product roadmap.
  • A keen interest in understanding customer needs and a track record of building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
