Job Description:
Are you an experienced Training Manager with a passion for developing teams and delivering impactful training programs? VXI Global Solutions Llc is seeking a Training Manager to join our Teaching & Training department. Responsibilities:
As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Serving as the first managerial line of decision-making, covering all related training initiatives, activities, and deliverables for specific programs.
Overseeing the activities of the Training department in delivering programs and initiatives that meet individual, operational, and client needs.
Assisting in strategic planning and fiscal management of the department.
Receiving training instructions from the client, communicating the needs to the concerned departments, and directing the implementation of necessary programs.
Updating and sending training reports to the client, covering training progress, evaluation and audit results, and other training details.
Spearheading training ramp/capacity plans and implementing related training activities by managing training timelines, nesting, OJT requirements, training headcount, logistics, billable hours, and specific company and client deliverables.
Initiating calibration sessions with clients to ensure consistency in performance standards implementation.
Developing long-term strategies and process improvement initiatives impacting Training through constant reviews and needs analysis.
Executing tactical decisions and action plans based on pass-fail thresholds, training funnel data, class attrition, trainer throughput, and production-related performance correlations with training.
Liaising with other departments, e.g., Operations, Human Resources, and Client Relations, to ensure achievement of learning and training goals for the campaign through meaningful calibrations, huddles, and meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's / College Degree in Education, Communications, Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Management.
At least 3 years of working experience, with 1 year in a Training Supervisor capacity, preferably in the call center industry.
