Business Intelligence - Manager
The Business Intelligence Manager supervises professional level employees who are responsible for the strategic design, management, and implementation of an enterprise-wide business analytics program to drive customer satisfaction, service innovation and profitability. As a team manager, this job sets goals and objectives for team members and ensures that policies and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports. This role oversees Business Intelligence projects and processes to ensure that data is analyzed and reported in a way to inform the organization's business and product decision making processes.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Oversees data integration, data analytics, and predictive modeling processes to meet business requirements.
  • Leads the research, development and implementation of new and emerging analytics technologies; identifying technology-based business opportunities.
  • Implements mechanisms for ensuring that information provided is accurate, meaningful, has integrity, and caters to the needs of the decision makers.
  • Researches and analyzes industry and geographic trends and competitor market strategies and monitors current and potential customer trends to help organization develop products and services and expand business.
  • Oversees the development and maintenance of dashboards.
  • Manages performance of direct reports through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of Business Intelligence objectives and engagement, motivation and development of the team.
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred

  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
