ADDITIONAL JOB ELEMENTS:

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Experience with performance metrics and process improvement (how, when, who).
Candidates must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL would be preferred.
