We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Mysore. This role is specifically for women candidates who are interested in sales. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent service, managing a team of sales executives and promoters, and analyzing MIS reports for actionable insights. Responsibilities:

Onboard new customers through effective management of the trade and control channel

Achieve sales targets for tertiary recharge and gross prepaid

Drive penetration of DTH and Bank Business as part of the One Airtel agenda

Establish a strong distribution network to outperform our competition

Engage with distributors and ensure smooth onboarding of customers

Extract business opportunities from the assigned territory

Take ownership of network coverage and quality in the territory

Train and manage field sales executives, urban and rural promoters

Analyze MIS reports and take appropriate actions
