What makes this a great opportunity?

Work closely with Regional Commercial Marketing Manager, Manager Commercial Marketing - Off Trade, Activation Manager - On Trade and ZSM to pursue the Commercial Marketing agenda of winning in the state in both Off and On Trade channel. He/she will be responsible for execution of Commercial Marketing initiatives and effective use of the allotted state Commercial Marketing budgets. He /She will work closely with ZSM and RCMM to deliver the Commercial Marketing agenda in line with the agreed yearly priorities and goals. He /She will support the state in the implementation of various initiatives and ensure efficient functioning of automated sales data capturing through IT tools for increasing sales team productivity and maximizing returns on investment. Will also be responsible for compliance to Beam Suntory processes and SOPs.

Role Responsibilities
  • Work closely with State Commercial team and Regional Commercial Marketing Manager to firm up the annual plan for the Off and On Trade channel within the state.
  • Work with the ZSM/ RCMM on channel segmentation
  • Accountable for driving Execution Excellence for the channel inputs
  • Work closely with the ZSM to form the strategy for Must-win accounts delivering Halo accounts, Halo execution, Hakozukuri accounts, Wall Bays etc.
  • Helping the ZSM/RCMM on negotiations to close agreements on Visibility /Space and tracking identified KPI's of these outlets
Role Responsibilities
  • Responsible for tracking and maintenance of visibility initiatives (Halo, Hokozukuri, Wall bays/ Paid Shelfs) as well as all semi-permanent assets at Off and On Trade outlets.
  • Execute specific promotions for building distribution efficiencies specific to the state requirements
  • Conduct performance review meetings with Brand Ambassadors and analyze it and share it with other stakeholders for necessary actions.
  • Closely monitor the market and competitive landscape to evaluate existing and upcoming opportunities/ challenges and provide hands-on Gemba insights to the stakeholders.
  • Monitor distribution of POSM stock across state as per targets, timeliness and territory requirements.
  • Act as a pivot in the state to ensure alignment & coordination between the on-field requirement of sales team and the planned promotional initiatives to be rolled-out in the region.
Qualifications
  • Graduate/MBA
  • 5+ years' experience in the Channel with a minimum of 2 years of Managerial experience in Alcobev/ relevant industries
