Responsibilities:

May perform one or more of the following:

Interacting with Clients, vendors and understand business needs. Initiate/Kick Off Project. Create project plan with relevant details such as (WBS, Effort Estimations) Task Allocation & Track deliveries for against SLA Risk Management and Mitigation Follow the standard practices and procedures specific to your Tower Create & Maintain project management routines Performance Management Conduct regular associate development discussions Initiate & Identify user technical/ functional training needs and devise and managing user training programs Track performance of project team members and takes appropriate action Responsible for project/client communication Manage internal stakeholder communication (including Technology & other teams for assigned module) Manage Offshore/Onshore Interaction and Stakeholder Communication Escalation Management Interprets very complex business needs and translates them into system requirements Strong understanding of Domain and is required to comprehend Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Manage transitions (Ongoing vis-à-vis Implementations vis-à-vis Leveraged Shared Services)

Requirement:
