Job Description:

As a Telecaller at Tidal Digital Technologies, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone calls to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and facilitate sales. Your role is crucial in building and maintaining relationships with customers while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products/services.
  2. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
  3. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels.
  4. Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
  5. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth sales processes.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 12th standard education.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
  3. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is preferred.
  4. Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers over the phone.
  5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  6. Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
  7. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
