Telecalling Receptionist

**Job Title: Telecalling cum Receptionist - Data Recovery Services**

**Location: Secunderabad CTC Computer Market**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cold Calling**:Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our data recovery services.
Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of choosing Lifeguard Data Recovery.

**Customer Care**:Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Address customer inquiries, provide information about our services, and assist with appointment scheduling.

**Client Follow-Up**:Follow up on leads generated through cold calls and marketing efforts.
Maintain a database of client interactions and update customer records.

**Front Desk Reception**:Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage the reception area, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.

**Administrative Support**:Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling, with a focus on cold calling and customer care.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with data recovery services is an advantage.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office.
