Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of mortgage loan servicing to ensure all processes are executed accurately and efficiently.Provide support in data management tasks including data entry validation and reporting to maintain data integrity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency in mortgage loan servicing.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all mortgage loan servicing activities.Analyze data to identify trends discrepancies and areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to management.Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.Monitor and manage data quality issues ensuring timely resolution and prevention of future occurrences.Support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders providing clear and accurate information.Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to mortgage loan servicing.Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and documentation for mortgage loan servicing processes.Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members sharing knowledge and best practices.Utilize technical skills to support application management tasks related to mortgage loans.Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing.Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.Exhibit excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.Show proficiency in data management tools and software ensuring accurate and efficient data handling.Have a keen eye for detail ensuringCertifications Required
CERTIFIED MORTGAGE SERVICER (CMS) CERTIFIED DATA MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL (CDMP) PREFERRED.
