Ecommerce Assistant Manager

As the Ecommerce Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day execution of the Marketplace requirements and supporting the wider Marketing team on campaign execution and implementation. Experience required 2-3 Years.

Requirements and skills:

- Proven experience of Amazon & Flipkart.

- Manage the complete digital marketing activities along with the team.

- Good eCommerce business understanding.

- Good English communication and writing skills.

- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.

- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.

- Ability to perform market research - Keep a competitor check

- Experience in email marketing / Retention Marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.

2. Coordinate onboarding of new platforms by fulfilling all the requirements.

3. Understanding of all the metrics across platforms Amazon/Flipkart /Myntra etc.

4. Provide assistance on the day-to-day activities across the company's multiple platforms. Liaise with the fulfilment team to ensure the inventory is live and in-stock at all the marketplaces.

5. Conduct an in-depth keyword research and Create content for online listings utilizing keywords.

6. Marketplace sales reporting and forecasting.

7. Listing improvement or optimization including rankings monitoring and analysis across ecommerce platforms.

8. Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.

9. Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)

10. Keep a check on inventory levels in the warehouse.
