## ServiceNow Business Analyst:

Experience:

Overall 6-8 years of experience in IT and not less than 4 years in ServiceNow with BA expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops, Requirements gathering, Customer Demos, suggesting best practices.
  • Communication with all the stakeholder from Customer as well as developers.
  • Working with the process team to drive out requirements.
  • Working within the Engineering team to articulate technical challenges and opportunities.
  • ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, CSM, GRC & Secops and Portal experience and exposure.
  • Responsible for requirement gathering and process documentation on client engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent management and influencing skills, full understanding and ability to lead on all ITIL processes.
  • Able to work independently without significant supervision.
  • Highly analytical in your approach.
  • Actively manage applicationspecific enhancements/defects as assigned to the BA.

Requirements:


University Bachelors degree in the field of computer science, business, or related field with a minimum of 5-8 years of IT experience with a minimum of 3 years as a business analyst.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills at all levels in the organization (from individual contributor to executive level).

Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Support analysis of business processes and provide innovative and scalable solutions to increase operational maturity for the client.
