Roles and responsibilities
- Provide necessary support to projects, programs and business services to improve the planning and delivery process by collecting and maintaining data in a consistent form:
- Coach project and program managers on project administration, ensuring the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained and followed throughout the project lifecycle; You also train new project and program managers on the use of new processes and Signify project portfolio management tool.
- Support the Digital teams in day-to-day tasks, like projects and programs financial analysis, enabling resources and driving improvements.
- Monitor and facilitate regular progress reporting mechanisms for all projects and programs;
- Facilitate risk, issue and change-control processes and templates, and assist the program and project teams in their delivery process;
- Understand the finance structure of Signify in order to maintain reporting accuracy and to be able to translate business requests into data that support management insights and decisions;
- Provide insights by creating, maintaining and modifying reports for Digital stakeholders;
- Lead the invoice and financial process – gather the data, review it, prepare reports, obtain stakeholders approvals;
- Drive forecast and planning together with respective owners;
- Manage and consolidate financial reporting, ad-hoc reporting requirements across a number of projects or programs;
- Business partner with members of the Digital and Finance organizations for operational related issues;
- Manage and facilitate the data quality review process for projects and programs;
- Support the PSO team in process documentation/standardization and identifying efficiency/optimization opportunities;
- Maintain and manage PSO knowledge base.
What you will need to succeed
- Demonstrated project management office experience working in a project-driven, highly professional, international environment with virtual teams in a matrix organization (>5 years);
- Bachelor's degree with IT/Business orientation (Business Administration, Project Management or Financial Management);
- Knowledge of and experience in project methodologies is essential. Project management qualifications would be advantageous (PRINCE2 (foundation) / PMP/ IPMA-d or other relevant PM Certification; CSM Scrum Master/ PMI-ACP / SAFe Agilist or other relevant Agile Certification;
- Experience in aggregating data/ information and generating reports to multiple audiences based on the requirements. Knowledge of ServiceNow is a huge plus;
- Experience managing project financials (resource and financial management);
- Understanding of cost treatment accounting rules; Constant desire to improve the status quo, to learn about and discover new things.
