Organizational Change Manager

Experience:

- 7-14 years of experience in organizational change management or a related field.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Change Management:

- Ensure alignment with the centrally defined change management and communication approach, adapting it as needed for specific projects in collaboration with the Change & Communications Lead.

- Conduct thorough business change impact assessments and develop comprehensive change action plans to mitigate potential challenges.

Stakeholder Management:

- Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape, fostering understanding, buy-in, and collaboration from business leaders, impacted employees, third-party vendors, and business services hubs.

- Mobilize and manage a dedicated change network within the project to champion the initiative and drive adoption.

Communication & Engagement:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy, including identifying target audiences, crafting key messages, and selecting the most effective channels for each stakeholder group.

- Actively engage impacted employees through targeted communication materials, training programs, and adoption plans.

- Measure business readiness and identify areas requiring additional support or communication efforts.
