Sr Associate, Help Desk
- Ability to understand the status messages in complex technical situations and get trained on the new process.
- ATM incident management.
- Good understanding of ATM faults
- Troubleshooting on the issues related to ATMs for Managed and Non managed services.
- Good at communication Skills, Ability to work on the new requirements.
- Good at understanding the requirements and solution designing through process maps.
- Optimize to use and manage SLAs and Escalations
- Understanding on patching schedule of the ATMS
- Preventive testing for accuracy and to identify and resolve problems proactively before these even occur.
- Experience of online and ATM test environment management to test software upgrades and scenariobased testing for incorrect dispatches
