SKILLS

Must have

  • Project management, Soft skills, Agile methodologies, CAN, IPC, Classic Autosar, ASPICE, SDLC
    Minimum 8 years of experience in the automotive domain
    Strong AUTOSAR knowledge, strong ASPICE process knowledge, must have worked in ASPICE audits
    Capable of leading complex development project execution
    Should be a people manager and should have experience leading a large team in an Automotive project
    Should have the mentoring skills and leadership qualities, and be able to build a strong technical team under him/her
    Should have exceptional problem-solving skills and technical guidance skills
    Should have Management skills, stakeholder management, Risk management and P&L ownership
    Should have good communication skills
    Should be proficient in PPT, Excel, Confluence, JIRA etc
