Job Role - Business Manager- sales and services

Working days - 6 days

Shift - Day

Location - PAN India

Role and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support to maximize effectiveness.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and industry trends to inform sales and service strategies and initiatives.
  • The position holder will be managing a team of 1020 individuals.
  • Accurately plan, forecast, and achieve fortnightly, and monthly client retention and revenue targets from the assigned set of clients.
  • Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients.
  • Hire, Train and Retain your team.
  • Formulate their developmental plan and ensure fulfilment of their training needs Ensure prompt resolution of client complaints.
  • Provide consultation to clients on digital marketing, recommend and offer digital marketing solutions.
  • Daily 24 in person meetings (F2F) with clients onsite.

Requirements:

  • 70%+ marks in 10th and 12th.
  • MBA with 15 years of experience in Sales / Servicing / Retention.
  • Preference for candidates with Team handling experience of 10+ individuals (at least 1yr+ experience).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and service management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales and service strategies.
  • Solid understanding of sales and service processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and customer relationship management (CRM).
