You will be working as Sales Specialist-Drives at global grade 14 and will be part of Motion for Drive Products in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Team Lead. You will be responsible for, to grow the business in Chennai cluster and bring a business Drive products Division through Channel Partners or OEMs or System Integrators or EUs.

Your responsibilities
  • Achieving the sales target of completely new business for Drive Products division ( VFD or PLC or Servo Products)
  • Primarily focusing on Channel Partners or OEMs or EU or System Integrators Market
  • Look for new customer, opportunity untapped by ABB
  • Achieve the order target month on month and collect the overdue in time
  • Developing new channel partner to address the untapped distribution business in Cluster
  • Working together with market manager, product sales managers for business growth
  • Preparing business plan for each focused market focused on activity
  • Driving business growth with EU or CP or OEM or SI's with proper business planning & In-time support
  • Continuously gaining knowledge on new applications to present ABB product advantages better
  • Full commitment to meet the budget numbers
  • Co-ordinating with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed
  • Interact regularly with CP/OEM/SI's sales engineer to drive them to meet commitment
  • Co-ordinating with the operations team to ensure commitment on the delivery
Your background
  • BE or BTech or Diploma with 3 to 10 Years of experience.
  • Good knowledge on the Drives & Automation is preferred.
  • Aggressive and result oriented, should know to sell volumes and values.
  • Good communication skills
