Reason for Proposal

Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):

  • Bachelor's education or Diploma in Paint technology preferred.
  • Should have fair knowledge of MS Excel for reporting purpose. Experience in B2B Sales and service (Paint or chemical sales and service to Automotive OEM ,Ancillary Tier1,2 in Plastic industry is preferred ).
  • Any experience in Commercial Vehicle refinish Market ,plastic substrate painting industry, secondary demand generation, trouble shooting etc will be an added advantage.
  • OEM Handling


Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities (kindly limit to a maximum of eight)

  • Experience in plastic painting and Knowledge of plastic component industry
  • Should be able to generate new enquiry
  • Should be able handle to customer complaints independently
  • Should be able to do payment Collection from customer and plan material
  • Should be able to understand customer requirement and communicate to lab and seniors

Key success factors

-To generate new enquire

-Closing customer complaints in shortest possible time

Other competencies

- Willingness to travel around 15 days of the month

- Demand generation background will be preferred

- Technical knowledge of Paints will be added advantage

- Strong communication skills

- Knowledge of MS Office
