Retail Banking: Liabilities Sales Acquisition Manager

Retail Bank Sales & Distribution vertical is an agglomeration of various channels responsible for acquiring customers with segment driven relationship model that serves clients across the full spectrum of consumer banking needs.

Role Outline/Job Summary:

Affluent Client Acquisition Manager will be responsible for client coverage and sales origination. The ACAM would be expected to work in a target driven environment and deliver across multiple product lines which is Axis Priority, Axis Burgundy and Axis Burgundy Private. In addition to acquisition, the incumbent will be responsible for various deliverables around compliance and controls.

POSITION TITLE: Affluent Client Acquisition Manager

GRADE: Manager/Senior Manager

BUSINESS GROUP AND DEPARTMENT: Retail Bank - Sales & Distribution

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES : Individual Contributor Role

Acquisition of Axis Burgundy and Axis Burgundy Private accounts, Qualified Client growth along with deepening of Wallet through Investment / Insurance / FX penetration in the account.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Acquiring Axis Burgundy and Axis Burgundy Private accounts of HNI clients

2. Early Engagement and Activation of accounts on Investments/Insurance and Forex

3. Optimize Cross Sell opportunities including credit cards, mortgage and business lending thereby maximizing penetration across products

4. Ability to recognize business opportunities for acquiring new customers in the Affluent HNI space and formulate acquisition initiatives

5. Provide complete and comprehensive information on products, services, charges etc. proactively to the customer and ensure best on-boarding service standards

6. Understand customer needs and sell with a need based selling approach

7. Ensure compliance and integrity of the sales process with respect to right selling, sourcing and documentation.

8. Discipline in Trainings; Certifications; HR related time lines adherence

QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred Education: MBA Experience: 2 - 5 years of progressive sales experience in BFSI or Wealth Management experience

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Wealth Management/Financial Need Planning and fair understanding of wealth management products

- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

- Networking Skills
