Senior Associate - Transport Operations
Senior Associate – Corporate Services will be responsible for providing Transport Logistics to meet operations requirement across the company

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Ensure 100 % Compliance parameter are met and safety & security of the employees availing employee transport facility
  • Handle risk and BCP situation management with minimum impact to associates and business
  • Improving satisfaction level of internal customers by close monitoring of the transportation service at the site
  • Plan, design & implement the transport operations as per the needs of the Business Units and ensure transport services are provided to employees as defined in the SLA
  • Manage the Transport team and ensure that the team is performing as per the expectations from client.
  • Implement Technology solutions being introduced and ensure its success by ensuring that the Team is following the process and verifying entry made in the system on a daily basis and monitor SLA matrix on daily basis.
  • Participate in the review of Transport operations and Review Monthly Information Deck
  • Provide MIS reports on pre-defined intervals to Business heads and relevant managers
  • Monitor the transport spend and Alert Management in case expenses are exceeding past trends
  • Ensuring the service provider complies with provisions of Motor Vehicles Act, provisions of RTO, Vehicle Insurance, Road Permit, Vehicle Permit, Driver Licenses, etc
Educational Requirements

Senior Associate - People Mobility Lead, India
Senior Associate – Corporate Services will be responsible for providing Transport Logistics and Intracity Travel to meet operational requirement across the company. This role will be a guiding role for all Travel and Transport related matters and shall be working closely with the FTE and Supply Partner Teams for Travel and Transport domain.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

1. Operational Management :

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of employee transportation services for Pune and also be guidance to the Transport / Travel work at Mumbai.
  • Ensure timely and efficient transportation schedules, route planning, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of transportation providers to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

2. Team Leadership :

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations managers and coordinators.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and employee centric service.

3. Safety and Compliance :

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance standards to ensure the safety of employees during commutation.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices.

4. Technology and Innovation :

  • Leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative solutions such as GPS tracking, mobile apps, and automated scheduling systems.

5. Financial Management :

  • Develop and manage budgets for Transportation and Travel operations.
  • Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

6. Performance Metrics :

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.

7. Sustainability Initiatives :

  • Promote and implement sustainable transportation practices, including the use of electric vehicles and eco-friendly routes.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in transportation operations, with at least 2-3 years in a Transport domain leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation logistics, route planning, and fleet management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using transportation management software and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
