Job Title
Senior Associate, Client Tech Support

ATM Installations:
Coordinate and oversee the installation of new ATMs at designated locations.
Collaborate with vendors, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate installation.

Reporting and Builds:
Generate regular reports on ATM performance, transaction volumes, and maintenance needs.
Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Work closely with the operations team to address any discrepancies or issues.

Go-Live Monitoring:
Monitor ATMs during the go-live phase after installation.
Ensure that all systems are operational, transactions are processed correctly, and user experience is seamless.
Respond promptly to any technical glitches or customer complaints related to ATMs.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Operations Management).
Experience in ATM operations, banking, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with ATM software and hardware components.

Additional Information:
Flexibility in working hours, especially during go-live phases or emergencies.
