Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The successful candidate should have a Bachelors degree. Proven experience of 5 years in Cybersecurity and/or Software Product Sales. Demonstrates detailed knowledge of the companys products and services. Possesses knowledge of competitive products and markets. Exhibits strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Demonstrates the ability to think creatively. Exhibits awareness of best sales practices and methods. Works well with a team. Communicates clearly and effectively. Possesses strong persuasive abilities. Demonstrates solid motivational and leadership skills. Is capable of conducting independent research. Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:
Locates opportunities to expand the client base.
Networks with prospective clients to persuade them to bring their business to Sequretek.
Devises new and innovative ways to market products.
Conducts independent research into the target consumer base.
Sign up a few reseller partners.
Meets with existing clients to discuss the company's products.
Works to foster lasting relationships with the client base.
Sets specific quarterly or annual sales goals.
Works to ensure sales and productivity goals are met.
Develop plans and strategies to meet or exceed the companys revenue target.
Devise, implement, and modify as needed specific sales strategy that aligns with company goals.
Monitor competitive and market activity and provide feedback and recommendations to the executive team.
Presents information regarding clients and sales at company meetings.
Draws up sales activity reports.
Assists in designing marketing and promotional materials both in print and online.
Leads in-house seminars and workshops to help improve the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
