The Scopely IT team provides hardware and software support to employees in offices worldwide. What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with the global IT/SEC team to deliver IT projects from concept to production
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Oversee the device lifecycle management, including procurement, provisioning, deployment, management, maintenance, and de-provisioning
  • Provide hands-on support for all levels of hardware and software troubleshooting, triaging, and issue resolution
  • Manage network infrastructure, including wireless networks
  • Administer VPN services
  • Apply industry-standard security best practices with a focus on data integrity and malware protection for workstations
  • Create and maintain documented processes, procedures, and configurations
  • Research and recommend innovative and automated approaches for system administration tasks that can scale with the company's growth
  • Prioritize tasks based on impact and urgency
  • Implement, configure, and manage SaaS tools such as Jira, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships
  • Support the AV/VC platform (Zoom)
  • Scripting experience (e.g. PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation
  • Create group policies for standardization and security
  • Manage Cloud Identity Provider and SSO (Okta)
About You:
  • 6 - 10 years of relevant work experience as an IT technician
  • Extensive experience with MacOS, Windows, SaaS, MDM, and Network (Meraki)
  • Graduate or Diploma holder
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with users at all organizational levels
  • Positive attitude, effective communication, and strong end-user handling and coordination skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure
  • Ability to logically prioritize tasks and schedule work accordingly
  • Strong motivation to learn new technologies
  • Successfully complete all assessments as scheduled
