To be successful, you'll understand business requirements,translate them to effective solutions, and socialize those solutions among your. colleagues and business partners.

The Senior Salesforce Administrator role will be part of our Business Applications Team at New Relic, working side by side with Salesforce Administrators and Developers.

Weutilize agile principles and the scrum framework to deliver high-quality build iterations within the tools we manage.
In addition to our San Francisco office reopening in 2, we are considering remote candidates in locations where New Relic can do business, working West Coast hours What you'll do


Talk to end-users and operations leaders to understand requirements, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and translating those requirements into technical specifications.

Build new features and functionality in our Salesforce Org with custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, and lightning pages.
Automate processes with workflow rules, validation rules, process builder, and flows.
Identify reports and dashboards to measure the impact of build iterations.
Support end-users in real-time with issues relating to Salesforce and supported applications.
Deliver projects through our release management process.
Lead all aspects of 3rd party application use and support.
This role requires

Salesforce Administrator Advanced Administrator Certification;Understanding of data structures, data modeling, & database schema;Experience building with Salesforce Lightning User Interface;Strong qualitative and quantitative mathematical skills;Strong business acuity in sales operations and customer successAnalytical skills to improve quality of iterative builds;Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organizationBonus points if you have

Experience implementing Salesforce CPQ with Docusign and Billing Zuora) integration highly desirableExperience with Gainsight strongly preferredExperience with Anaplan preferredAgile scrum master or product owner trainingBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or the equivalent related experience.
