As the Director of New Initiative, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of innovative projects and strategic initiatives within our organization.

This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving business growth through the successful implementation of new ideas and ventures.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify emerging opportunities, develop actionable plans, and drive initiatives from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of new business opportunities and initiatives.
  • Develop vertical valueadded services tailored for current clients or partners.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans, including market analysis, financial projections, and risk assessments, to support new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align new initiatives with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to crossfunctional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive the execution of initiatives by overseeing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of new initiatives, making datadriven decisions to optimize outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the organization by encouraging creativity, experimentation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of new initiatives and track progress towards strategic objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for innovation, sharing insights and best practices with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading new business initiatives and driving growth in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and deliver results.
