ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Center of Expertise (CoE) TA Coordinator oversees Recruitment Coordination and ensures accurate data management in Workday. Responsibilities include sourcing junior profiles and managing the full recruitment cycle.
YOU'LL GET TO...
- Enter and maintain data in the ATS and HRMS system, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Assist in offer letter generation, pre-employment documentation, and offer coordination
- Collaborate with recruiters throughout the offer process
- Build relationships with TA CoE, HRBPs, and HR Operations teams
- Review and validate data in Workday for completeness
- Ensure all candidates are processed accordingly
- Document withdrawals and offer declines efficiently
- Utilize Workday insights to educate hiring managers
- Update trackers for SEZ, payroll, etc.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior roles
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS...
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years of experience in offer processing and recruitment
- Experience handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS is a must
- Strong business acumen for effective partnership and relationship-building
- Background in Agency, RPO, and Corporate recruiting
- Experience in external vendor relationship management
