Your responsibility includes but is not confined to :
- End to end administering the education loan business and executing the targets set by the organization including
- Tieing up with banks, NBFCs for signing up as DSA
- Establishing channels to ensure continuous lead generation for study abroad leads
- Handling a team of Direct Sales Agents, and Inside Sales Executives to counsel students to avail an Education Loan
- Instituting strong document collection process and matching students and Loan partners
- Timely imparting training on the product line to team members with a view to build a strong sales team.
- Diversify the sources of business generated by making strategic tieups with prospective business partners
Experience Required :
Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Sales Manager at a Bank, NBFC in the Loans Business, preferably Education Loans but even PL, LAP, Auto, Housing Loans works
