OfBusiness is a tech-enabled platform that facilitates raw material procurement and credit in the B2B markets, focusing on the manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.

It integrates technology to enable B2B commerce - to make available better products, at better prices, in better timelines to customers with comprehensive online and offline support.

Key raw materials include metals, chemicals, polymers, agri commodities, petrochemicals and building materials. OfBusiness provides access to cash flow-based financing for buying raw materials through its NBFC - Oxyzo Financial Services. The company also offers tech-led marketing services through its BidAssist platform for new growth opportunities.

Who we are looking for ?


We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will be accountable for talent acquisition process to meet the current and future talent needs of the business, managing and enhancing the current systems & processes, implement the designed tools and systems to attract the desired talent.

The person will be instrumental in partnering with internal teams to on board the right talent, and build a strong, global recruiting capability to deliver on our hiring needs.


Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Manage the Talent Acquisition function for the business and ensure targets/SLAs are met.
  • Ensure robust hiring and reporting capabilities by creating and publishing Talent Acquisition dashboards
  • Coordinate with external recruitment partners and drive their performance.
  • Manage the recruitment operations across business
  • Build strong, credible relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, critical stakeholders and partners, operating as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure ongoing quality of hires, process.
  • Seek feedback and make continuous improvements to the hiring process.

Requirements & Skills :

  • 69 Years of relevant experience with MBA specialization in Human Resource preferred.
  • Proven ability to use data and metrics to provide effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.
  • Proven ability to scale technologies including Applicant Tracking Systems to meet business needs.
  • Ability to thrive in highpressure environments, with a handson approach and a strong determination to deliver results.
