Technical Operations/Maintenance

Technical Operations includes the maintenance, and overhaul of our aircraft. This includes aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities teams, supply chain teams and more.

Job overview and responsibilities

The Analyst – Tooling Standards & Support is responsible for the development and management of key performance indicators (KPIs), data analysis, data interpretation, and presentation of key findings that support the tooling operation. The Analyst must be able to manage multiple projects in support of the central and field tooling operations, including developing, communicating, training, and auditing on standardized processes.

Produce clear and concise interpretations of process analysis by gathering, cleansing and interpreting data. Make results-driven recommendations for financial improvementsLiaise with subject matter experts and data analysts to create, improve and implement new metrics and KPI'sManage multiple projects that support central and field tooling operations, including developing, communicating, training, and auditing on standardized processesManage ad hoc tooling projects by creating long- and short-term plans, setting milestones and adhering to deadlines

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded. This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd - a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc.



Qualifications

Required

Bachelors Degree or comparable experienceDemonstrated ability to document processes and proceduresPrinciples of project managementExceptional presentation and communication skillsExhibits an analytical approach to problem solving with attention to detail and a sense of urgencyKnowledge of relational database models and SQLMicrosoft Office Proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorshipMust be fluent in English (written and spoken)Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
