We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic IT team.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) platforms and VMare vRA (vRealize Automation).
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our critical IT infrastructure, driving innovation and operational excellence.
### Responsibilities- Architect, design, and implement robust and scalable IaaS environments on leading hyperscaler platforms.
- Leverage vRA to automate the provisioning, configuration, and management of virtual machines and other infrastructure resources.
- Utilize automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or PowerShell to streamline infrastructure operations and improve efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and capacity, proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and facilitate smooth delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Proven track record of 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on IaaS and vRA.
- Strong proficiency in virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere Automation.
- Handson experience with hyperscaler platforms (e.g., leading cloud providers) and their associated services.
- Expertise in automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell.
- Solid understanding of networking principles, storage technologies, and operating systems (Linux, Windows Server).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications in hyperscaler technologies or virtualization platforms.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
