You will be working as Sales Specialist_ Drives at global grade 15 and will be part of Motion business for Drive Products division based in Indore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager and will be responsible for achieving the sales target of completely new business for Drive Products division ( VFD Products). Driving business growth with EU/CP/ OEM /SI's with proper business planning and intime support.

Your responsibilities
  • Achieving the order target month on month and collect the overdue in time
  • Developing new channel partner to address the untapped distribution business in cluster
  • Working closely with the CP/OEM/SI's and share success stories. Selling with proper product positioning
  • Interacting regularly with CP/OEM/SI's sales engineer to drive them to meet committment
  • Updating on business done product line wise and market wise. Preparing monthly MIS and submit to stake holders
  • Developing a business plan for large CP/OEM/SI's and take responsibility
Your background
  • Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
  • 3-10 years of experience
  • Good knowledge on the drives and automation is preferred
  • Aggressive and result oriented, should know to sell volumes and values
  • Good communication skills
