Job Description:

K S ENTERPRISES, a reputable BPO company, is hiring for the position of Telecaller Inbound. As a Telecaller Inbound, you will be responsible for receiving incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with day and night shifts available, and a competitive salary.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance regarding their inquiries or concerns.

Resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective customer interactions.

Update customer information in the company's database.

Meet individual and team targets for call quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Minimum 10th Standard / SSLC education.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with call center software.

Ability to work in a team and adapt to flexible work shifts (day/night).
