Position Overview: We are seeking a Sales HR Lead who will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales team's performance through effective analytics and sales incentive policy management. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical skills, HR expertise, and sales acumen to drive the development and implementation of sales incentive programs that align with our business objectives while motivating our sales force to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze Sales Performance: Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to assess sales performance metrics, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to enhance sales effectiveness.

2. Develop Sales Incentive Policies: Collaborate with sales leadership and HR management to design and refine sales incentive programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals.

3. Incentive Plan Administration: Oversee the administration of sales incentive plans, including tracking performance metrics, calculating payouts, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of incentives distribution.

4. Sales Compensation Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of sales compensation structures to ensure competitiveness within the industry and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.

5. Communication and Training: Communicate incentive plans effectively to the sales team, providing clarity on eligibility criteria, performance metrics, and payout structures. Conduct training sessions as necessary to educate sales personnel on incentive plan details.

6. Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to sales compensation and incentive programs, staying abreast of industry best practices and updates.

7. Performance Management Support: Collaborate with sales managers to integrate incentive plans with performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, performance evaluation, and feedback mechanisms.

8. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and policy refinements to optimize sales performance and drive employee engagement.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources from Tier 1 Institute .

- Proven experience (5 years) in sales compensation analysis, sales operations, or related HR function, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Salesforce).

- In-depth understanding of sales incentive plan design principles, compensation structures, and performance metrics.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in incentive plan administration.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
