We are looking for a Senior QA Test Automation Engineer to join our team and help us ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for complex software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other QA engineers, to understand project requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
  • Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects using tracking tools.
  • Enhance and optimize existing test automation frameworks and strategies to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools in test automation and incorporate them into the testing process.

SKILLS

Must have

  • Proven experience as a QA Test Automation Engineer with at least 5-10 years in test automation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have


• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience in testing APIs .

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
