About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

2. Assisting customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our products/services.

3. Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.

4. Collaborating with the customer service team to identify common issues and suggest improvements.

5. Providing support to the team in managing customer accounts and processing orders.

6. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance customer support skills.

7. Assisting in creating and updating support documentation and FAQs.
