Job Description:

  • SQL server DBA experience need to be 4+ years and need to work individually.
  • Understanding and Performing tasks related to Implementation, Design installation and configuration of all Database products.
  • Co-ordinate and manage multiple problems and projects with different teams at the same time.
  • Analyze all aspects of the existing infrastructure and recommend modifications that will enhance system reliability, availability, serviceability, and scalability.
  • Work with teammates and other teams to identify and address systems problems.
  • Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrate ownership and responsibility in all assignments.
  • Enough expertise to identify and recommend changes/improvements to the process and infrastructure design.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance tuning.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading projects, implementation teams and clients in Database configuration and assessment services, requirements gathering, storage implementations, data migration and application testing.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to research and solve complex issues independently.
  • Ability to participate and contribute during crisis times, assist team members/leads/customer/Senior management, as needed.
  • Show adaptability and flexibility in work to suit business requirements.
