2.BFS domain background preferred.
3.Overall 15+ Years of IT experience
4.Managed delivery for 10+ Million portfolio / 100+ associates

a. Well versed with Fixed price, T&M projects, revenue, margins, delivery models.

b. Worked on anchoring proactive proposals, RFP, SOW writing, etc.

c. Be able to understand client strategy and pitch the right solutions

d. Worked with different service lines and be able to understand various technologies.

5.Manage client interactions, escalations, delivery governance

a. Interacted with clients at project delivery level as well as leadership to showcase and discuss strategy

b. Worked with client to showcase capabilities

c. Resource fulfilment, etc.

d. Have knowledge on broad spectrum of technologies, agile way of working.
6. Anchor client visits

a. Be able to create various point of views especially outside in point of views aligning with client strategy
7.Drive Margin Optimization Levers for the portfolio

a. Understand margins, optimization levers, various types of projects, differences between the same

b. Be able to prepare profitability sheets, different models for revenue, strategies, etc.
8.Worked previously with Cognizant in similar role for 5+ years (if recent hire)
9.SM / AD level
