Job Title: ServiceNow Business Apps Developer

Experience Required: 7–9 years Only

Location: Bangalore


Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Apps Developer to join our Information Management function. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying ITSM and CMDB modules on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, agile project experience, and excellent communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure ITSM modules and Business Applications in ServiceNow.
  • Design workflows, scripts, and automation using JavaScript and AngularJS.
  • Manage update sets, deployments, and UAT coordination.
  • Provide post-go-live support and maintain documentation.
  • Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

  • 5–7 years in ServiceNow development (ITSM, CMDB).
  • 2–3 years in scoped/global app development.
  • Strong scripting: JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, HTML, CSS.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps.
  • Admin-level knowledge of ServiceNow (Paris version+).

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM.
  • Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
