About the Company: Makoons Play School is a leading early childhood education provider in India, dedicated to nurturing young minds through innovative, play-based learning experiences.About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager - Admissions to drive our BTL marketing initiatives and manage the admissions process across our network of schools.Responsibilities:Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies to generate quality leadsPlan and represent Makoons at promotional events, educational fairs, and open housesGuide prospective families through the enrollment journey with comprehensive counselingProcess admission applications and maintain accurate enrollment databasesBuild partnerships with schools, community organizations, and businesses for referralsCollaborate with franchisees to achieve enrollment targetsMonitor trends in early childhood education and competitor activitiesRequired Skills / Qualification:3-5 years in admissions, BTL marketing, or customer relations (education sector preferred)Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational abilities and proficiency in MS Office & CRM systemsPassion for early childhood educationWillingness to travel across Karnataka and South IndiaPay range and compensation package: Competitive salary and benefitsEqual Opportunity Statement: Makoons is an equal opportunity employer.
