If you have a burning desire to create user experiences that people love, this opportunity provides the creative freedom to bring your ideas to life and make a real impact on millions of users.Responsibilities:Craft delightful user experiences for our B2C and B2B applications.Should be involved in creating everything from prototypes to storyboards, wireframes and moreWork hand-in-hand with product, business and leadership teams to bring the design vision to life.Dive into user research, create personas and develop a deep understanding of our users.Participate in usability testing, gather feedback and iterate on designs to ensure always delivering top-notch experiences.Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest design trends.Help build the foundations of a design culture within the team, contributing to our growth and success.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in design related fields.Should have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience designing large scale applications.Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Should have good experience on how to turn ideas into visually appealing and functional designs.A solid grasp of UX methodologies including wireframing, prototyping and user personas.Should have experience in solving real problems and making users lives easier.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Must be dynamic, innovative, passionate and driven to contribute to the financial empowerment of billions of Indians.Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
