About the Role:


We are seeking a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) with 6–10 years of experience who can own end-to-end design processes — from discovery and research to delivering pixel-perfect user interfaces. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape intuitive, user-centric experiences that drive real impact. Your work will help define the future of our digital products across web and mobile platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences from concept to execution.

· Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

· Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.

· Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define product vision and requirements.

· Advocate for design best practices and a strong user-centered design process.

· Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

· Balance business goals with user needs, providing strategic and tactical design solutions.

· Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative design culture.


Requirements:

· 6–10 years of professional experience in UI/UX/Product Design.

· Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and clean, modern UI design across responsive web and/or mobile platforms.

· Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

· Solid understanding of user research methodologies and accessibility standards.

· Experience working in Agile teams and participating in design sprints or workshops.

· Ability to present and communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.

· Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.

· Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in designing complex systems, dashboards, or SaaS products.

· Exposure to analytics and data-driven design optimization.

· Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.
