Follow-Upand ConversionEngage with prospective studentsand parents throughregular follow-ups via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.Assist with the submission of required documents and ensure timelycompletion of enrolment processes. Target AchievementAchieve monthly and quarterly enrolmentand revenue targets.Develop and implement strategies to enhance enrolment numbers and meet organizational goals.CollaborationCoordinate with faculty, admissions, and marketing teams to ensuresmooth counselling and enrolment processes.Participate in events such as webinars,seminars, and workshopsto promote academic programs. Record MaintenanceMaintain accurateand up-to-date recordsof student inquiries, counselling sessions, and enrolments.Provide periodic reportson counselling outcomesand conversion ratesto management.Educational BackgroundBachelor’s degree in any fieldis required.A background in education, counselling, or a relatedarea is a plus.ExperiencePrior experience in academic counselling, tele sales, or education-related roles is preferred but not mandatory.Key SkillsStrong verbaland written communication skills.Ability to build rapportand establish trustwith students and parents.Goal-oriented with excellent persuasion and negotiation skill
