Role name - Quality Assurance Manager (Oil & Gas)

Experience - 10 to 20 Years



Technical Skills

  • Quality/CSAT Improvement in Plant and Process Engineering, Energy, Oil & Gas industry
  • Handled Detailed Engineering Projects Within The Plant Engineering
  • Internal Auditing Expertise
  • Strong Problem Solving Skills And Root Cause Analysis
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of Quality
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Handled Delivery Excellence Role (Added advantage)
  • Technical background in Plant Engineering, with strong interest in transitioning to a Quality Assurance role



Roles and Responsibility


  • Drive Quality and CSAT Improvement initiatives in Plant Engineering
  • Drive Early Warnings and Risks mitigation plan across Plant Engineering BU
  • Perform Metrics Analysis and maintain Dashboards for visibility and decision-making
  • Enable Continuous Improvement using structured problem-solving tools and methodologies
  • Conduct Quality Process Trainings to enhance team competency
  • Drive Process Improvement Projects with measurable outcomes
  • Participate in Governance Reviews
  • Ensure ISO Certification readiness by identifying and closing process gaps
  • Conduct Project Reviews for quality, risk, and delivery assurance
  • Perform Internal Audits to strengthen process adherence and compliance
  • Work From Office Role



Other Skill Requirement


  • Engineering Services experience, with awareness of ODC (Offshore Development Center) engagements
  • Presentation Skills with proficiency in MS Office
  • Good at reading Piping, Fabrication Drawings, and Plant Layouts
  • Technical background in Plant Engineering with strong interest in moving into a Quality Assurance role
