Shift Timings: Between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM IST (Rotational Shifts)

Employment Type: Full-time


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Release Manager to oversee the deployment and release management processes of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce, a deep understanding of release management best practices, and proven experience in managing end-to-end deployment pipelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and coordinate multiple releases across Salesforce environments.
  • Ensure successful deployment of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes with minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure release quality and schedule adherence.
  • Manage and maintain version control, configuration, and deployment documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to release management processes.
  • Automate and optimize deployment workflows using CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps best practices.
  • Monitor post-release performance and coordinate troubleshooting if required.
  • Enforce governance policies and ensure compliance with Salesforce standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Total Experience: 5+ years in IT, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Flows.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, deployment, and release management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce metadata API, change sets, and deployment tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent releases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce certification is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and CI/CD frameworks preferred.
