Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop integrations using Boomi AtomSphere for SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise platforms.
  • Build and maintain interfaces for Employee Central, including complex scenarios like Transfer, Global Assignment, and Concurrent Employment.
  • Support inbound and outbound interfaces, ensuring integrity of SF EC Org Structures, profiles, and organizational data.
  • Implement and manage custom & packaged integrations, leveraging connectors like HTTP, SFTP, SOAP, OData, Mail, Atom Queue, and Web Services.
  • Effectively utilize SuccessFactors APIs (CompoundEmployee API, OData API).
  • Manage deployment, access control, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Boomi environments.
  • Perform PGP encryption/decryption, work with XML, JSON, XSLT, CSV formats, and implement sustainable fixes through RCA.

Technical Skills & Expertise

  • 5+ years of hands-on Boomi development in interface projects.
  • Strong in Boomi API Management, queue handling, web service implementations.
  • Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS), Groovy & Java scripting.
  • Expertise in SOAP, REST, OData protocols, and secure data mapping & transformations.

Soft Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of full project lifecycle: from requirements to deployment & support.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Collaborative communicator who works effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors data models, APIs, and security frameworks.
  • Experience managing Boomi users and administering integration environments.
