Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Telemarketer role located in Kolkata, Kasba.. The Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing detailed information about our cars and services, persuading customers to schedule appointments, take test drives and book for finalise sales. Other daily tasks include answering inquiries, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
  • Experience or aptitude in Sales and relationship-building
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain persistent
  • Basic computer skills for maintaining records and using telecommunication tools
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory
