Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Service Sales - Business Development Manager/Executive at Shiv Sangam IT Services, located in Latur. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering appropriate solutions that align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Business Development skills to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Strong expertise in Contract Negotiation to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Account Management skills to build, maintain, and grow client relationships
- Proficiency in Sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in the IT services sector is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
