Responsibilities :

- Manage and administer user identities and access rights across multiple systems and platforms.

- Implement and maintain identity and access management (IAM) policies, procedures, and standards.

- Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with IT and Security teams to implement IAM solutions and resolve identity-related issues.

- Monitor and analyze access logs and patterns to detect and respond to suspicious activities.

- Provide training and support to end-users on identity management best practices.

- Participate in incident response and contribute to cybersecurity incident investigations as needed.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience (X years) in identity and access management roles.

- Solid understanding of IAM principles and technologies (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth).

- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
