Role - Sr./Lead Business Analyst - Debit Card

Experience - 10+

Location - Jaipur

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for IT Portfolio level projects management/ support for ATM, Debit Card Management System, Debit cards and ATM Switch. Work closely with vendors and service providers for effective coordination & competent delivery.
  • Collaborate with Cards and Payments user departments to identify payment system related changes, regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Have a portfolio level vision in terms of building IT capability and implement latest technological advances in Cards and technology field.
  • Experience of handling large scale IT transformation projects and digital initiatives.
  • Plan for payment processing initiatives to include defining requirements and conducting customer acceptance testing, including strategy, test plans and test scenarios for performance testing.
  • Lead and manage SIT, online certification with Payment systems (Visa/MC/Rupay) and ensure UAT lifecycle for above.
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing programs, projects and change requirements.
  • Experience of handling Statutory, Regulatory and Internal concurrent audits. Individual needs to be sensitive to audit and compliance prerogatives.
  • To be available for on call support & for on-site support during off days in emergency situations.
  • Monitor portfolio level projects progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables and publish project & issue log status.
  • Ensure to manage L2 and L3 issues monitor issue log & follow up with vendor until final resolution.
  • Hands on experience of handling end to end requirements gathering, solution fitment, gap analysis, risk analysis and post go live support.
  • Manage risks by assess project risks & potential problems by communicating in advance while establishing contingency plans.
  • Document all the interdependencies and list assumptions and constraints.

Relevant Experience: -

  • 12-18 years of experience in IT preferable in banks.
  • Banking domain expertise with delivery channels (ATM /POS/ Debit Cards-Issuing/Acquiring) & system integration.
  • Experience with implementations in the card industry; preferably experience implementing Debit card, Switch and ATM for a bank.
  • Experience with card payment standards, such as EMV, ISO8583, Tokenization, MasterCard and Visa requirements.
  • Experience of Payment scheme certifications-NPCI(Rupay), Visa, Mastercard

Experience in handling cards related digital projects.
